How to use a TV or tablet as a wireless second screen
This is not mirroring. This extends your desktop onto a second screen, so you get real extra space to spread windows out. The second screen can be a TV, an iPad, or another computer, connected wirelessly. It is a rare trick that most mirroring apps cannot do.

To use a second screen wirelessly, create a virtual display on your computer with an HDMI dummy plug, open tvee.app/start, connect to the second device (which opens tvee.app), and select the virtual screen. Now you have an extended desktop, not a mirror.

Step by step
Extend your desktop to a wireless screen
Create a virtual display
Plug an HDMI, DisplayPort or USB dummy display adapter into the computer so the system sees a second monitor. No adapter? Connect one real monitor with two cables at once (for example HDMI and DisplayPort together) to create the extra display.
Open the web sender
On the computer, open tvee.app/start in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Open the second screen
On the second device, an iPad, Mac, PC or TV, open tvee.app in a browser. A six character code appears.
Connect and pick the virtual screen
Enter the code in the web sender, click Connect, and select the virtual second screen, not your main one.
Drag windows across
Drag windows onto the second device. It now works as an extended display, with its own desktop space.
