How to mirror your computer to a TV
Get a Windows PC, Mac, Chromebook or Linux desktop onto a TV, wirelessly, with nothing to install. The TV's own browser is the receiver, and your computer shares its screen straight from a browser tab. It works on your Wi-Fi or over the internet.

To mirror a computer to a TV, open tvee.app on the TV's web browser to get a six character code. On the computer, open tvee.app/start in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, enter the code, choose your screen, and click Share. No app to install.

Step by step
Mirror a computer to a TV in the browser
Open the receiver on the TV
On the TV, open the web browser and go to tvee.app. A six character code and a QR code appear.
Open the web sender on the computer
On the computer, open a browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari and go to tvee.app/start.
Enter the code
Type the six character code shown on the TV and click Connect.
Choose your screen and share
Choose Desktop Screen, pick the screen or window to share, and click Share.
Your computer appears on the TV
Your computer screen now shows on the TV. Stop sharing from the sender when you are done.

No web browser on your TV?
Roku, Fire TV and Chromecast have no built-in browser. For Fire TV, use the computer to Fire TV guide, which opens the receiver in the Fire TV Silk browser.

Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. The web sender runs in your browser at tvee.app/start, and the TV just opens tvee.app. There is nothing to install on either device.
Does it work on Windows, Mac, Chromebook and Linux?
Yes. Any modern browser works as the sender, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera, on Windows, Mac, Chromebook and Linux.
Can I mirror over the internet?
Yes. The connection is peer to peer over WebRTC, so the computer and the TV do not have to be on the same network.
Why did mirroring stop after a minute?
Free web-sender sessions are time-limited. Upgrade to PRO to remove the limit and to send sound.
