How to mirror your screen over the internet
Most mirroring only works when both devices sit on the same Wi-Fi. This does not. A phone or computer can mirror to a screen in another room, another house, or another country, with just a short code. It is handy for remote help, family, teaching and work.

To mirror over the internet, the receiving screen opens tvee.app in a browser to get a six character code. The sender (the free app on a phone, or tvee.app/start on a computer) enters that code and connects. The two do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi.

Step by step
Mirror to any screen, anywhere
Open the receiver
On the screen you want to mirror to, open a web browser and go to tvee.app. A six character code and a QR code appear.
Share the code with the sender
Note the six character code, or send it to the person who will mirror their screen.
Open the sender
On a phone, open the free Screen Mirroring app. On a computer, open tvee.app/start in a browser.
Enter the code and connect
Enter the six character code and connect. On a phone, keep Super Mode on, which it is by default, so it works over the internet.
Start mirroring
Start mirroring. The screen appears on the other device, anywhere in the world.
The screen is shared peer to peer, and only someone with the six character code can connect. If it will not connect, the troubleshooter has a checklist.

Can I mirror over the internet, not just Wi-Fi?
Yes. On a phone, Super Mode connects over the internet and is on by default. The web sender works over the internet too. The two devices do not have to be on the same network.
Is mirroring over the internet private?
The screen is shared peer to peer between the two devices, and no video is stored on a server. Only someone with the six character code can connect.
Does the other person need the app?

Is there a time limit or sound?
Free sessions are time-limited and silent. PRO removes the time limit and adds sound.
